The City of Farmington will join communities across all 50 states and U.S. territories on Wednesday, July 8, in a synchronized public reading of the Declaration of Independence, commemorating the 250th anniversary of the first public reading of the historic document.

The synchronized reading will immediately follow a free, family-friendly screening of the classic film A League of Their Own at the Farmington Civic Theater.
