The City of Farmington has declared a “weather emergency.” The declaration is effective March 12, 2014, at 12:00 a.m. Parked vehicles must be immediately removed from city streets for the safety and well being of the citizens of the community.
Vehicles parked on city streets may be subject to towing twelve hours after the emergency weather declaration. Any vehicles constituting a hazard; disabled, abandoned or parked in traveled portions of roadways, may be immediately towed.
Residents may resume parking on the street when it has been plowed from curb to curb.
